Hi, I'm Sam.
I've been building software professionally since 2015. I've spent a significant portion of my career in crypto related roles. As of 2026 I've been all in on agentic systems and platforming; focusing on ensuring this new world translates to real value for organisations, while keeping it fun for the builders.
I care deeply about leading teams and business units to successful outcomes. I do not think AI is the end of software, it's just another beginning (and spoiler alert; a lot of the challenges remain the same).
What I've built recently
Braid
An agentic collaboration tool to better enable cross-function planning before work is handed off to the build pipeline. Braid aims to ensure product, engineering and design create plans together that always make sense against the implemented system.
All functions associated with product development are using agentic tools, however in my experience the context of these systems by function can be quite disparate. Braid solves that by applying the lessons we've learnt in creating agentic platforms and loops for building.

A basic Github-like experience; open source and self-hostable.

Ktulu
Ktulu was a DeFi tool on Solana, focused on automating liquiditing provisioning, and setting rules that allowed permissionless rebalancing.
